It happened at the intersection of Carondelet and Common Streets.

The NOPD later arrested a 20-year-old New Orleans man and a 16-year-old in connection with the double-shooting that sent a man and woman to the hospital on Wednesday.

The video, posted to social media, shows a pickup truck passing by as at least two dozen gunshots could be heard. The gunfire sent people standing on the corner, running for cover.
