Officers said they found guns and ski masks inside of an Audi Crossover that was reported stolen, according to our partners.

NEW ORLEANS — Two suspects were arrested by the Louisiana State Police following a car chase that led to a crash in Gentilly on Thursday night, according to Nola.com.

Troop NOLA officers pursued "a white Audi crossover reported stolen and associated with multiple vehicle burglaries in the New Orleans area," our partners reported.

They said the car hit another vehicle after running a stop sign on St. Anthony Street near Rapides Drive. The accident gave officers more time to catch up to the suspects.

According to Nola.com, the two suspects are identified as Jaharis Butler, 21, and Justin Wilder, 24. Both were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the other vehicle was treated on the scene by emergency personnel.

Minor injuries were reported from the accident. Witnesses said the car also hit something that caused water to leak into the street.

Officers said they found guns and ski masks inside of the Audi.
