NEW ORLEANS — A man has died from a gunshot wound after being taken to the hospital in a private car, New Orleans Police said Friday afternoon.
The shooting occurred sometime around 2 p.m. in the 1800 block of Touro Street. Police said the man was taken by a private car to the hospital. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police didn't have a lot of details on the shooting as of 5:30 p.m. Friday.
