NEW ORLEANS — A man was shot and killed outside of the New Orleans Main Library on Loyola Avenue Friday.
Investigators say the man had a physical altercation with another person. During the altercation, the two fought over a gun, and the man was shot in the chest.
The man was taken to hospital, where he later died.
