NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is working a homicide investigation in the Marigny neighborhood.
Police say they received a call at about 7:23 a.m. Wednesday of a shooting in the 2700 block of Decatur Street.
Initial information from NOPD showed an adult male gunshot wound victim had been declared deceased on the scene by EMS. However, later NOPD said they cannot confirm if the man died of a gunshot wound.
No additional information is currently available.
