NEW ORLEANS — A man was shot at least one time to the body near Lafitte Street and North Galvez on Tuesday night.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, the incident was called in at 9:32 p.m. and later confirmed at 10:11 p.m.
First District detectives say the victim was transported to a hospital by Emergency Medical Services for medical treatment.
The NOPD is investigating a shooting that occurred at g in the First District.
No other information is available.
