NEW ORLEANS — A man was found dead in the Little Woods neighborhood on Wednesday, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Officers said they were responding to a medical call in the 7900 block of Bullard Avenue around 3 p.m. They said the man was found dead inside of a home. NOPD is investigating the incident as a homicide.
The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office will identify the victim and official cause of death upon completion of autopsy and notification of family.
About an hour later, NOPD said another man was shot in the same neighborhood around 4:12 p.m.
