Kentwood woman wanted for impersonating people on Facebook Marketplace, sheriff says

KENTWOOD, La. — The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in finding a woman from Kentwood who they say impersonated other people on Facebook Marketplace to defraud unsuspecting buyers of items she was selling.

Investigators say Rachel Constant, 36, allegedly created social networking profiles in other people’s names to lure and defraud buyers on the social media platform’s marketplace.

They say she also goes by the name Rachel Herrington.

The Sheriff's Office believes Constant may be in the McComb, Mississippi area.
