NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was found shot in Central City.
According to an NOPD report, it happened in the 2400 block of Dryades Street at about 1:40 a.m.
Initial reports show a male victim with at least one gunshot wound EMS arrived on the scene and transported the man to the hospital where he eventually succumbed to his gunshot wound.
