NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a homicide in Village de l'Est that left one man dead Sunday.
Police say the shooting happened in the 13500 block of Granville Street around 6:30 p.m. The victim was shot at least one time. He was taken to hospital by EMS where he later died.
