NEW ORLEANS — Police are searching for six suspects from Baton Rouge allegedly involved in a shooting that left a teenage boy injured on Bourbon Street during Bayou Classic weekend, the New Orleans Police Department said.
On Wednesday, the department released photos of the suspects seeking the public's help in identifying them.
The shooting occurred on Nov. 30 in the 200 block of Bourbon around 7:30 p.m. Officers said the shooting left a 15-year-old boy injured and he was taken to the hospital.
Through investigation, NOPD said Suspect #1 was identified as the perpetrator of the shooting.
"The suspect was observed to have arrived to and fled from the area with the five additionally pictured suspects, who were also all present during the shooting incident," a release said.
