NEW ORLEANS – Dozens of female businesses owners in New Orleans are working together to support each other while giving back to their community.

The organization was founded by Alice McGillcuddy, the owner of Glitter box Boutique, which sells crafts, clothes and other Knick knacks made exclusively by women artists and designers.

The goal of the group is to create spaces around New Orleans that are all about celebration and community action around women. That includes transwomen and non-binary people who are femme-identified.
