NEW ORLEANS — Heavy traffic on the Twin Span headed westbound into New Orleans on Wednesday night, after what DOTD said was a vehicle fire.
The closure was first reported by DOTD at 6:08 p.m., saying the right lane has been blocked. Traffic was at nearly a stand-still as of 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
