NEW ORLEANS — A car that appears to have caught fire has slowed down morning commuters headed eastbound on the Crescent City Connection Monday morning.
The car can be seen on an LA DOTD traffic camera billowing heavy black smoke while cars move around it towards the westbank.
It's unclear if anybody has been injured, or what caused the car fire.
The vehicle is stopped in the rightmost lane.
