The Louisiana Fire Marshal is investigating a fatal house fire in Larose.
According to the Fire Marshal's office, firefighters were dispatched to the 200 block of Le Village Drive around 7 a.m. Monday morning. While fighting the fire, the body of a man, believed to be in his 40s, was found inside the home.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
